Yes. Jcell welcomes English-speaking patients. Tell us your preferred language when you request an appointment so the clinic can arrange your visit.
How do I book an appointment at Jcell?
Contact Jcell on WhatsApp at +82-10-9989-4990 with your preferred date and the treatment or skin concern you would like to discuss. Your appointment is confirmed when the clinic replies with availability.
Where is Jcell Clinic in Seoul?
Jcell is on the second floor of K Sign Cheongdam Building, 428 Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, near Apgujeong Rodeo Station Exit 4.
Is Jcell open on Sundays?
Yes. Saturday and Sunday hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Wednesday is the regular weekly closing day.
Is Jcell open on public holidays?
Public holiday appointments are available. Message us for opening hours on your chosen date.
How much will my treatment cost?
Ask the clinic for a quote for your proposed treatment. Your individual plan, treatment area and the options discussed during consultation determine the cost.
Do I need to choose a treatment before booking?
No. You can request a consultation about your skin concerns. A doctor can discuss appropriate options after assessing you.
Can I request a particular doctor?
