Can I have my consultation in English?
Yes. Jcell welcomes English-speaking patients. Tell us your preferred language when you request an appointment so the clinic can arrange your visit.
How do I book an appointment at Jcell?
Contact Jcell on WhatsApp at +82-10-9989-4990 with your preferred date and the treatment or skin concern you would like to discuss. Your appointment is confirmed when the clinic replies with availability.
Can I request a particular doctor?
Tell the clinic which doctor you would like to meet when you book. The team will confirm availability.

What photos should I bring to my consultation?
Prepare dated photos showing the location and appearance of the concern, with a brief explanation. Use consistent lighting and distance when showing changes over time. Ask which views are useful and how private images should be shared before sending them. Photos help describe a concern but do not replace an examination.

Where is Jcell Clinic in Seoul?
Jcell is on the second floor of K Sign Cheongdam Building, 428 Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, near Apgujeong Rodeo Station Exit 4.
Is Jcell open on Sundays?
Yes. Saturday and Sunday hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Wednesday is the regular weekly closing day.

Is Jcell open on public holidays?
Public holiday appointments are available. Message us for opening hours on your chosen date.
Is Jcell open on Wednesdays?
Wednesday is the regular weekly closing day. For a public holiday that falls on a Wednesday, send the exact date with your booking request so the clinic can confirm the opening schedule and available appointment times.

Treatments, quotes and follow-up
Do I need to choose a treatment before booking?
No. You can request a consultation about your skin concerns. A doctor can discuss appropriate options after assessing you.
How much will my treatment cost?
Jcell lists prices in KRW for its main treatments, for example Ultherapy from ₩390,000 for 100 shots and Rejuran from ₩189,000 for 1cc. Your final quote depends on the product, amount and areas agreed at your consultation, so confirm the total and whether tax applies on WhatsApp before you book.

How do I request an estimate in KRW, and what should it include?
Message Jcell on WhatsApp with the treatment area you would like to discuss and your dates in Seoul. Ask for an estimate in KRW and an explanation of what is included, including any consultation fee, tax and follow-up charges.
Can treatment fit around my departure date?
Share your travel dates with your clinician. The appropriate timing, recovery and follow-up depend on the individual treatment plan.
How should I plan follow-up after leaving Seoul?
Before leaving, confirm your individual aftercare, any review date, the follow-up contact route and when a reply can be expected. Keep your treatment record and ask about possible follow-up fees. Remote advice is not guaranteed; some concerns may need a local examination after you return home.
