Using this website
This website provides clinic information, photographs and treatment guides. It does not run advertising trackers. Unless you allow Google Analytics, it does not use cookies or visitor identifiers for analytics.
To learn which pages are useful, the site records the start of a visit, page views and clicks on the WhatsApp booking button. Each record contains only the page address without its query, the kind of source that brought you here (such as a search engine, an AI assistant, social media or a direct visit), the domain name of the site that linked you here, and the time. Your browser keeps a note that this tab has already been counted and where the visit came from; the note is removed when you close the tab. Your IP address is used only for a moment to limit repeated requests and is not stored. The records do not include your country, device, city, the full address of the page you came from, or message content.
If you choose Allow in the analytics banner, the site loads Google Analytics. It sets cookies whose names start with _ga to recognise return visits, and sends Google the page address, page title and general device and location information so the clinic can see which pages are used. Advertising features and Google signals are turned off. If you choose Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage, and you can change it at any time with Analytics settings at the bottom of each page.
Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical connection data under its service and privacy terms.
Opening WhatsApp
Booking buttons open a WhatsApp conversation with Jcell and a suggested message. You can edit the message before sending it.
When the site can tell what brought you here, such as Google Maps, a search engine or Instagram, the suggested message names it on its last line, “How I found Jcell”. You can change or delete that line.
WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to its service. Begin with the details needed to arrange your appointment. Ask the clinic how it wants to receive medical records or other sensitive information before sharing them.
