Separate one appointment from a course
A quote for one appointment should not be confused with the total cost of a suggested course. Ask how many visits are proposed, why another appointment might be useful and when that decision would be reviewed. If you are leaving Korea, explain that a later visit may not be practical. Record any consultation or aftercare fees separately and ask the clinic to confirm its current terms in writing.
