How much swelling should I expect, and for how long?
After a V-Olet injection, Jcell lists swelling, numbness or a dull sensation, bruising and mild firmness in the treated area. The clinic says swelling usually subsides gradually over about 2 weeks, and a dull or heavy discomfort may last several days. Because the area under the chin can look fuller while it is swollen, plan photos, events and meetings with that in mind.
Jcell recommends 2 to 3 sessions at intervals of at least 4 weeks, and says a gradual change in the chin line can usually be felt from about 4 weeks after treatment. If you are visiting from overseas, check whether you can return for each session before starting the plan.
